Returns
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Minor variations in color or packaging due to screen settings or manufacturer updates
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
